* There is one optional extra.  If you choose to pay using your credit or debit card, a 3% charge will be added to your invoice to cover our costs.  This can be avoided by paying either by UK cheque or a bank transfer.  Everything else is included in the quoted price.

 

ORDERING VIA PAYPAL
If you would like to make payment for your order via Paypal, simply phone us on 0203 212 0100 wiith your order details and we will send you a confirmation email for your order. As soon as you receive the confirmatiion email you can make your Paypal payment directly to our Paypal account: info@thesofathrowcompany.com and we will send your order straight out to you.

 

 

Prices are per week for the whole villa for the number of people shown in the table and include free transport to and from the airport, as well as a free generous welcome package.  Free hire of a high chair, travel cot etc can be arranged.  Free internet access for the duration of your holiday can also be pre-booked with us (bring your own laptop).  Please ask for anything you require at the time of booking.

The price you see here is the price you pay - no unexpected add-ons!

 

All prices are quoted in £ Sterling.  Please see the Payments page for details of deposits, etc and arrangements for non-UK visitors.

 

FREE private car transport service to and from the airport is included.   Alternatively, pre-booked hire cars can be collected from the airport and if this is your choice we will send you travel directions to the villa, where you will be met by our property managers and given your keys.

 

FREE Welcome Pack ensures that, no matter what time your flight arrives, you will be able to have something to eat and drink until you venture out to the shops - the nearest supermarket is only a couple of minutes' walk away.  If you would like additional items added to your welcome pack please let us know.  This can be arranged for a small extra charge. 

 

FREE Internet Connection in the house lets you keep in touch with family and friends while you are away.  Just tick the box on the booking form and bring your own laptop.

 

FREE accommodation for infants occupying a travel cot.

 

FREE hire of a travel cot etc is also included in the rental cost.  Just make sure you ask for what you need at the time of booking.
